Zinh Trekking is an independent local guide based in Sa Pa, Lao Cai Province, Vietnam. This website presents his guiding activity and lets you get in touch with him directly; arrangements for any trek are agreed between you and Zinh personally.

Hosting and development

This website was developed and is hosted by Real-IT (Loïc Bertrand). Servers are located in the European Union.

Data we collect

If you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, optional phone number and message you enter. These details are sent by email to the address above for the sole purpose of answering your enquiry. They are never sold, rented or used for marketing, and they are kept only for as long as needed to answer you and to organise any trek that follows, then deleted.

The form also includes a hidden anti-spam field. If it is filled in — which only automated bots do — the submission is silently discarded and no data is stored or sent.

This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are served from this website itself, so no request is made to third-party font providers.

Links to WhatsApp and Instagram take you to services operated by Meta Platforms. Once you follow such a link, your interaction is governed by Meta's own privacy policy, over which we have no control.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal data you sent us through the contact form, or to stop using it. Write to contact@zinh-trekking.com and we will respond as quickly as we can.

If you are located in the European Union, the GDPR applies to the handling of your data described above, and you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of the country you live in.
